The dispensing-capable compact controller C100-4.0® was designed by S&P for industrial applications in the areas of production, development and research. An integrated computing unit enables the implementation of various process specifications, such as the monitoring and evaluation of certain process parameters. The C100-4.0® provides control over external actuators on a 24V basis. The motherboard developed by S&P offers a multitude of available interfaces (inputs/outputs, bus systems, pneumatic elements, …). Complex customer requirements can thus be accommodated easily.
ODC-100
Addon-Software for C100-4.0®
The all-new ODC-10x module is the C100-4.0®’s natural extension and grants the utmost precision for absolute movements. Motion tasks relying on linear axis systems or conveyor applications can now be integrated into the program flow while taking full advantage of the position controlled movements. The C100-4.0® provides control over external actuators on a 24V basis. The motherboard developed by S&P offers a multitude of available interfaces (inputs/outputs, bus systems, pneumatic elements, …). Complex customer requirements can thus be accommodated easily. Harness the power of individual processes: The end user can implement execution sequences using the freely configurable programs which permit the activation, control and regulation of compressed air, motor movements (sequential/synchronous/with transmission ratio). The arbitrarily complex combining and linking of programs gives rise to infinite possibilities, which allows the swift realization of the perfect process. Distinct execution steps can further be monitored using a variety of analytical methods. The device can be operated via touchscreen, keyboard, barcode scanner or by means of RS232 and network (TCP/IP).
Program Link

Watchdog Control

Offers the possibility to end the dosing program prematurely to prevent its execution or, in connection with Program Link, to move on to the next program step. Up to 10 watchdogs can be configured per program.
Flow&Go®
Addon-Software for C100-4.0®
For the first time, the Flow&Go® module provides the metrological basis for true volumetric process design. The continuous measuring principle enables digital evaluation of the volume in real time. The chemically resistant sensors allow measurements of low to highly viscous media. A volume range from <1 µl to >1 litre can be covered. In addition, the module enables the detection of gas bubbles thanks to an intelligent evaluation of the volume flow. A total of 4 sensors can be integrated per unit, each of which allows different parameterisations. All monitoring tasks can be logically linked to other control variables in the usual way.
